Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without having to specify a reason. The withdrawal deadline shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you have signed the contract.

providing us with a clear explanation (e.g. a letter sent in the post telephone call or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. You can use the sample withdrawal form enclosed, however this is not essential.

To ensure that your request is made within the withdrawal deadline, your message regarding your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal must be sent before the expiry of the withdrawal deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this agreement, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). To make this reimbursement, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless different arrangements have been explicitly made with you; under no circumstances will any fees be charged to you in relation to this reimbursement.

You must send the withdrawal form immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract.

Suspension or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

You lose your right of withdrawal if we have carried out the classes or other services mentioned in the contract.

We do not refund the amount of the lessons you taken and/or services you received (e.g. exam).
